#### Overview:
Since only the paid version of Yolomouse supports Vanguard, I just put it into league manually.
* Add "Hovering While TCO is on" (purple) cursor to the legacy cursor set. This is plainly useless with this mod as both sets are identical, but this is still useful to have for it's standalone use.
* Target reticles are not changed as I felt they fit the Yolomouse aesthetic fine, and they are plenty visually clear.
* The progress reticles are also unaltered for the same reason as above.
* Some cursors are homogenized across colorblind mode for visibility's sake.
