* Without this mod on, you'll notice that after not hovering a tooltip for about a third of a second, your tooltip will basically [go on cooldown.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ij2Wgxb67Q) This means that once you re-hover something after you trigger the lockout, you have to wait another ~0.3 seconds for the tooltip to trigger again.
<b>This is VERY annoying and this mod removes that delay entirely.</b>
Please report bugs. (there are none, the mod just breaks on new patches lol)
