1. Acceptance

By using the Autrex application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Autrex is a companion application providing auto accept and remote control features for League of Legends. The application does not modify the game client and only manages the user's existing session.

3. License and Access

To use the Application, you must have a valid license. Your license:

Is for personal and non-commercial use only
Is tied to your Hardware ID and is non-transferable
Cannot be used on multiple devices simultaneously
Is not officially affiliated with Riot Games or League of Legends

4. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

Use the Application for any illegal purpose
Reverse engineer or decompile the Application
Share your license key with others
Use it to create automated bot accounts
Use it to disrupt other players' game experience
Violate Riot Games' Terms of Service

⚠️ Important Warning

Riot Games enforces strict policies against automation tools. We are not responsible for account bans resulting from Autrex use. The risk of use lies entirely with you.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Payhesap/Posu.net). Refund requests are evaluated within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used.

6. Service Interruption

The Application may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for damages arising from such interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

Autrex and all related content, design, and code are owned by Autrex and protected by copyright. League of Legends and Riot Games own all related trademarks.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTREX OR ITS EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autrex, its employees, and service providers from all claims, damages, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Application.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the Application. Continuing to use the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice. When your account is terminated, your license becomes invalid.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
